Call In Absent-If one of the call-in-absents is for a shift scheduled to clock in within the next 24 hours.Call In Late-If one of the tardy call-ins is for a shift scheduled to clock in within the next hour.In But Not Scheduled-If employees are clocked in but not scheduled.Late to Clock In-If employees are x minutes past the grace period of their scheduled clock in.Late to Clock Out-If employees are x minutes past the grace period of their scheduled clock out.Approaching Break-If employees are within x minutes of their scheduled break.The following alerts change to yellow when the requirement associated with them is met: You can access the Call Ins alert either by selecting the option in the main menu or or by selecting the Call Ins icons in the Employee Alert screen.Īll alerts change from gray to blue when there is an alert present.
