Unfortunately, we still don't know when Forge mode will come to Halo Infinite. Thanks to the increased power of the Xbox Series X|S, though, Halo Infinite's Forge mode should hopefully allow for a much higher budget cap than previous games. This places a hard cap on the amount of objects you can place on the map. The new weapons that have leaked include the Lacerator, a powerful light machine gun-style weapon that deals high damage and appears to have the ability to EMP vehicles the Plasma. Halo Infinite's campaign weapons are vastly more powerful than those found in multiplayer. By depositing enough points (generated by a separate button for testing purposes), the player can upgrade their weapons to reflect their beefier campaign versions. In the video, the leaker demonstrated how each new weapon variant fired, after picking them up off the wall. The second video shows off a working 'Pack-a-Punch' machine that the player can put their weapons into.
